Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas of our site are still being improved. We are actively working to address:

  • Some third-party components (e.g., payment checkout) may have limited accessibility support outside our direct control.
  • Older PDF documents linked from the site may not be fully screen-reader accessible.
  • Some complex data visualizations in the admin portal are being updated with text alternatives.
